Our Story

Our Story

We are a family run organic, regenerative beef cattle property. We are certified organic, certified Teys Grassland (so grassfed only) and are working on our certified Regenerative status through Southern Cross Certified. We aim to develop a healthier ecosystem and increase our countries fertility, create clean water and store carbon in both trees and soil. We also enjoy learning, exploring new technologies and connecting with our network - we hope you choose our beef and we look forward to meeting you.

Our Livestock

Our Livestock

Our livestock are a thoughtful and practical blend of European breeds (Hereford and Angus - both red and black, Charolais) with a reliable, pest resistant, tropically adapted base. We choose short hair, clean lines and good feet in our bulls. We move our cattle in larger mobs, allowing for the growth of the plants they are foraging on. This means longer visits to paddocks in winter and shorter visits in paddocks in summer after rain. Our cattle have free choice access to natural fly control methods (Bos Bags). We also give mineral and seaweed supplements seasonally to support gut health and general macro-nutritional needs.

Our Meat

We respect our cattle and that is why we are choosing to sell as a quarter, half or full animal, so the whole animal is appreciated.

This means you will get some of each part of each animal - both fore and hind. It also means that the exact amount of beef and size of specific cuts will vary slightly between deliveries.

Please contact us if you have any questions about the different cuts or how much you can expect. We will contact you after your order is received and give an estimated delivery window and we will confirm the cuts you select if you choose the half or full animal.

Farm Policies

Full payment must be made before your order will be delivered or released for pick up. Failure to pay will result in your deposit being forfeit.

Pick up meeting points will be arranged within a fortnight of delivery.

Pick up meetings must be prompt to the day and time arranged.

Delivery can be via Burnham Grazing in a transportable cold room which meets food safe specs - delivery will be by prior arrangement and must be prompt. It is very important to ensure you have shared your best mobile/contact in case of logistical challenges. We suggest having a back up plan in case you are unable to meet the agreed on delivery point.

Failure to meet Burnham Grazing for a delivery or have suitable alternative delivery spot for the beef will result in you forfeiting your beef pack and no refund will be offered.


Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. No cancellations will be given after this time unless beef is not able to be delivered.

No returns are able to be accepted due to the perishable nature of the beef.

Exchanges are not possible either due to the perishable nature of the beef.

If you are unhappy with your order please contact [email protected] within seven (7) days of your order being delivered to explain any issues and discuss options (which may include replacement of certain cuts in next order or possibly partial credit to next order.


No refunds will be given after payment unless Burnham Grazing is unable to arrange beef delivery.
