We have an incredible butcher that we work with and can guarantee his fantastic skills. We have a large variety of cuts, patties, sausages, schnitzels and small goods.
At this time, we provide delivery of our fresh meat products exclusively within South Australia. This policy ensures that all products arrive in optimal condition, maintaining the quality, freshness, and safety standards our customers expect.
While we strive to accommodate all inquiries, deliveries outside of South Australia are not currently available due to the logistical requirements involved in transporting perishable goods. Exceptions may be considered within reasonable proximity to our service areas, subject to delivery feasibility and product integrity.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to prioritise the freshness and quality of our products.
Once an animal has been delivered to the abattoir, the sale is considered final. No refunds will be given after this point under any circumstances.
We do not offer refunds as a standard practice. However, in rare and extreme circumstances, we are open to discussing the matter on a case-by-case basis. Any such discussions will be approached openly, respectfully, and in good faith, with the aim of reaching a fair and positive outcome for all parties involved.
