The Merilli Standard Every cut comes from cattle harvested at 500kg—the "sweet spot" for perfect fat cover and natural tenderness. We then dry-age our beef for 21 days to ensure a deep flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture. All meat is vacuum-packed and labeled for your convenience.
