We started Hillside Food Forest because we were tired of food coming from systems we couldn’t trust. Most chicken is raised in sheds, pushed for speed and efficiency. We chose a different path.
On our small regenerative farm in NSW, our chickens live on open pasture, move daily onto fresh grass, and are raised without chemicals or shortcuts. It’s slower and harder - but the result is chicken with real flavour, better texture, and a story you can stand behind.
