Open Gate Farms is a family owned business based in the stunning Langhorne Creek wine region of South Australia. Regenerative farming methods mean that the turkeys are pasture raised and are moved to fresh grass every single week. They always have access to fresh bugs, grass and seeds. As the turkeys scratch and peck they help with pest control and also spread the manure around to help improve soil health.
