Once we receive your order, you'll receive a confirmation email and an estimated delivery time frame. As the day gets closer, we will email again to confirm the delivery day.
The day before your delivery, we will text you with a delivery time frame.

All orders are delivered in a refrigerated van by us or our butcher partner Pfitzner Meats.
Boxed weight can be anywhere from 30% to 40% less than dressed weight.
The final amount of meat you receive is heavily influenced by your “cut and pack” choices.
The final amount of meat you recieve will be influenced by the size of the cow and the ‘cut up’ choices you make.
Asking for all your cuts “boned out” will result in a lower boxed weight! It doesn’t mean the farmer or butcher stole your beef!
With Farmer to Fridge, it’s important to understand exactly what you’re buying.
Unlike a supermarket where you can choose specific cuts, a whole animal will come with a range of meat cuts.
The choices on the cut sheet (Click Customise and Purchase) help the butcher prepare your mixed portion to be as close as possible to your specifications.
