Each box includes 12 individual sized grass-fed Wagyu chunky pies for $147. Made in our pie shop in Robertson by our Michelin-starred restaurant Chef Stefano, they arrive frozen in an insulated cooler bag to ensure premium quality and freshness.
Cooking instruction:
Place in a preheated oven at 160°C for 20 minutes until heated through and perfectly golden.

Boxed weight can be anywhere from 30% to 40% less than dressed weight.
The final amount of meat you receive is heavily influenced by your “cut and pack” choices.
The final amount of meat you recieve will be influenced by the size of the cow and the ‘cut up’ choices you make.
Asking for all your cuts “boned out” will result in a lower boxed weight! It doesn’t mean the farmer or butcher stole your beef!
With Farmer to Fridge, it’s important to understand exactly what you’re buying.
Unlike a supermarket where you can choose specific cuts, a whole animal will come with a range of meat cuts.
The choices on the cut sheet (Click Customise and Purchase) help the butcher prepare your mixed portion to be as close as possible to your specifications.
