Steaks are individually vacume sealed - so just eat the steak you want!
You'll get the mix of steaks listed below. Sometimes a substitution will be made with a steak of similar quality if not enough of a specific cut is available.

We do one delivery run a month, with plans to increase this to one per fortnight.
Currently orders are processed on the 15th, with delivevry to take place 17/18th for most areas.
WA and SA orders MAY be frozen by the courier in transit.
