What's in the box?

You choose the proportion of mince to sausages you would like - you might like 50% mince and 50% sausages or if you’re more of a mince lover, you could get 10kg mince and 5kg sausages.

You can choose between standard and pure beef ‘paleo’ sausages (both are gluten free however our paleo sausages are preservative and filler free containing only beef, salt, pepper and garlic).

The Mince and Sausages Box is available all year round to provide a great bulk option of Budgee Valley Beef at just $17 per kilo.

Our mince is 5 star grass fed beef mince (approx 5% fat).

Our meat comes from cattle from our family farm, Black Angus and Speckle Park breeds.

Choose your sausage type by selecting Standard Thin, Standard Thick or Paleo. Then let us know in the notes the percentage of mince/sausages you would like.
