Please note; we are true farmer to fridge, we like everyone else need to wait for avalibility at the butcher before hand selecting, delivering and filling your order. All orders are made “to order”, so we need to sell a full pork before we can fill the your expected delivery.

The final amount of meat you receive is heavily influenced by your “cut and pack” choices.
The final amount of meat you recieve will be influenced by the size of the cow and the ‘cut up’ choices you make.
Asking for all your cuts “boned out” will result in a lower boxed weight! It doesn’t mean the farmer or butcher stole your beef!
With Farmer to Fridge, it’s important to understand exactly what you’re buying.
Unlike a supermarket where you can choose specific cuts, a whole animal will come with a range of meat cuts.
The choices on the cut sheet (Click Customise and Purchase) help the butcher prepare your mixed portion to be as close as possible to your specifications.
