There are many ways to buy meat from a farmer, however most will sell their meat in terms of a full ‘side”, half “side” or quarter ‘side” (1/8th of a cow) This means you’ll get all the cuts of a cow, but for one flat rate, instead of paying the extra retail markup. However, you'll get more than just steaks… there's a whole range of delicious cuts and meals waiting for you!
